Easy Booking & Payment Terms

Securing your yacht is simple. We require a 50% deposit to lock in your date and time, with the balance payable 48 hours before the trip. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash. Once booked, you'll get a digital voucher with all the details. If you need to cancel, do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. All rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments and meals. Alcohol is permitted for personal consumption in line with local laws, though we ask that you avoid red wine to protect the teak decks. If you prefer a hassle-free experience, we can arrange full catering and beverage packages for you.

Swimming is definitely an option if you book a trip of at least 3 or 4 hours during daylight. We stop in calm, safe waters near the skyline. Please note that for safety reasons, swimming is not permitted after sunset.

Your safety is our priority. If maritime authorities issue a weather warning preventing us from sailing, we will help you reschedule for a better date at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn't possible, we will refund your deposit in full.

Yes, children are welcome on board. We provide life jackets in smaller sizes to ensure their safety. We just ask that adults supervise them, especially while on the outer decks.

Every guest needs to bring a valid physical ID (Passport or Emirates ID) for coast guard checks. Beyond that, bring sunglasses and sunscreen. We provide the towels, ice, water, and sound system.

We operate out of Dubai Marina. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a map pin and specific docking details via WhatsApp. Taxis are usually the easiest way to arrive, as parking can be busy.
